Property vineyard, La Llana, located in Labastida, with more than 30 years old and 10 Has. Altitude: 460m. Integrated viticulture, respectful of the environment and in harmony with the rhythms of nature.

Elaboration

Traditional elaboration, 100% destemmed.
Pre-fermentative and post-fermentative maceration for 13 days on the skins. Selected yeasts from our own vineyards.
Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
Aged 12 months in Bordelaise French oak barrels, 40% new.

Tasting notes

Fairly dark cherry. Elegant nose, fi ne toasty notes of oak (cocoa and coff ee), ripe fruit and licorice fl avours. Elegant palate, with fi rm tannins of oak and fruit well integrated, fl avoursome, good fruity and varietal expression.

Drinking temperatures: 16-18 ºC
