Single-vineyard wine from La Canoca, San Vicente de la Sonsierra. 18 Has. Soils of calcareous clay. High density of plantation on trellis with low yield. Organic fertilization, Environmental integrated agriculture cultivation, applying a viticulture respectful with the environment following the biorhythms of the plant.

Elaboration
Traditional elaboration, 100% destemmed.
Fermented with indigenous yeast selected from our own vineyards and controlled temperature. Malolactic in barrel. Aged for 20 months in new Bordelaise barrels of French oak (90%) and American oak (10%). Racking every four months.
Tasting notes
Deep cherry red colour. Complex nose with balsamic, ripe fruit and licorice notes. Fresh and round sensations fresh and round sensations in the mouth, with volume and excellent balance. Finishes with an intense aftertaste.
