Controlled vineyards in Manchuela (Castilla).

Elaboration

Cold soaked 8 hours. Fermentation settled. Temperature control between 16 and 18 ºC.

Tasting notes

Very brilliant colour, with greenish hues. Aroma of fresh fruit, with banana, apple and peach. The palate shows fresh fruity, silky notes with bright acidity.

Drinking temperatures: 16-18 ºC
